Five Degrees Consulting provides executives with the support, insight, and strategy they need to increase their potential, impact their organization, and drive change and innovation within their teams. Participants begin by completing a broad inventory of current strengths and areas for improvement, utilizing cutting edge assessment tools administered by our expert consultants.
From there, we work with each executive to create a professional development plan that targets three distinct areas of development: Interpersonal Effectiveness, Leadership, and Management Style. We then facilitate a meeting between the executive and his/her supervisor, to review the plan and discuss reasonable implementation, establishing goals, strategies and tactics to increase the effectiveness of the executive, and ultimately the teams they lead.
Ongoing individual coaching will be face-to-face, with phone conferences included as necessary. Reading references, training resources, and other supplemental information and materials will be provided by the consultant, facilitating long-term learning and development that promotes better business results.
